This talk is a general introduction to stars, including the observational properties of starlight (color, brightness, spectra & spectral classification), the physical properties & evolution of stars, and the nuclear physics of stellar interiors.
The LAAS has over 400 dedicated members who share a passionate interest in Astronomy. Their ages range from children to adults with skills from beginning astronomer to professionals in the fields of Astronomy and Space Science. Our members are helpful and courteous and have a real desire to help YOU explore the night sky. When you talk with someone on the telescope field, there is a decent chance that you are talking with a real mover and shaker in the Astronomical world.
