Alexey Gromov: OSCE/ODIHR Election observation

Overview of types of missions, structure, operations, logistics and budget with emphasis on practicalities, dangers and annoyances Mr. Gromov is a citizen of the Russian Federation. He has university degrees in Economics and Law. Between 2004 and 2012, he was the head of methodological and legal departments, member of St-Petersburg Election Commission. In 2008-2012, was working at St.-Petersburg State University as a lecturer on constitutional and administrative law issues. Since 2009, Alexey has been involved in election observation activities with the OSCE/ODIHR. In September 2013, Alexey joined OSCE/ODIHR as an Election Adviser.
