Jiří is passionate about improving not only productivity and efficiency, but people’s satisfaction as well. He studies the causes of the frustration of managers and workers. He believes that improving productivity may not be at the expense of job satisfaction. He co-founded company Colognia press (producer of self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging) 20 years ago and four years ago he co-founded company Plantyst, which helps manufacturing companies improve performance through accurate data and different approach towards people.
