Jump Movement Method was founded by Ineke Hurkmans, a Dutch consultant who wanted to create a method in which coworkers would be able to be motivated to contribute to a higher goal or ambition. Because she saw in her practice that people don’t want to be changed, but are really willing to contribute if they feel the space and safety to do so.
