She specializes in implementing integrated enterprise solutions, establishing operational frameworks and driving ongoing accountability and alignment. Sushma holds a MBA from San Jose State University and a Bachelors in Computer Science from Bangalore University. Prior to HP she worked at PwC and Asera (a Silicon Valley startup).
