Distributed ledger is still an emerging technology, therefore business models and services based on DLT may bump into legal obstacles. They may prove to be illegal under specific national legislation, or fall into a grey zone of missing laws, which leads to legal uncertainty discouraging investors. When designing a DLT-based project it is necessary to check for potential legal hurdles. The workshop will present current developments in Blockchain related regulation, with a focus on potential problems in finance, transportation and logistics, and the public sphere.
The Investment and Business Development Agency CzechInvest is a state contributory organization subordinate to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
