Sara Gergovich

Sara Gergovich has been on the frontier of e-Commerce and digital innovation since beginning her career at web start-up in 1999. She joined Hermès in 2001 as a customer service agent and to help launch the website. She now oversees e-Commerce, Digital Projects, Customer Service and the Call Center for Hermès in the United States. She has been a key force in propelling e-commerce to the forefront of Hermès International initiatives, bringing the US website into the Top 30 stores worldwide.
