 and TopMonks, a smart venture fund company which offers awesome technical teams in exchange for equity stake projects. Finally he is the
 Founder and CEO at JetMind, a successfully acquired by Vendavo Inc. 
In his spare time he is the author of a popular czech IT podcast called CZPodcast. Jiri is acutely aware of the importance of happiness at work: Happy workers creates a happy work place.
