Transpersonal vision is here not only to support the development of new models of psychotherapy and a new approach to psychological discomfort, but also to practically transcend the boundary between psychology and medicine, between science and spirituality. How medicine, health-care institutes, health professionals could be, if they wanted to keep modern and effective technologies and at the same time, they wanted to recover what science has excluded since its birth, mutilating itself: the subtle and unmeasurable dimension, the awareness of oneness, the connection with Nature and Universe, the power of self-healing, creativity, compassion, love, presence, transcendence, spirituality? First of all, Integral Medicine is not a therapeutic technique that refuses western modern medicine and promotes “alternative medicines”.
