About

Josh Mahoney is Chief Product Officer of luxury consignment site The RealReal. He brings over seventeen years of retail and e-commerce experience to The RealReal. After spending time in education, Josh made the move to tech space in 1999, helping to launch oldnavy.com. From there he helped found the product management function at the Gap, developing the technology platform for the company - first focused on e-commerce, but later taking on CRM, mobile, retail stores and supply chain for the company’s family of brands globally. Josh is a dynamic leader who gets his energy from bringing together cross-functional teams to take on tough business problems. Josh graduated cum laude from the College of William & Mary with a dual major in Government and Mathematics, and has a Master’s degree in American Studies from the University of Texas. He lives in the east bay with his wife and two kids, Lucinda, 10, and Cole, 8. David is an entrepreneur and innovator whose career has been dedicated to helping marketers succeed in the digital world. In 1996 he co-founded InfoSec Labs, which helped large enterprises move safely into ecommerce and online marketing in the early days of the commercial Internet. Following the success of InfoSec Labs, he co-founded ePrivacy Group, developing technology that allowed marketers to use email to build strong customer relationships, and TurnTide, a technology that protected the value of the email channel by attacking spam in a new and effective way. David founded Monetate with David Bookspan in 2008 to help online marketers fulfill the long-held promise of using Big Data to get the right experience in front of the right customer at the right time. David serves on the Board of Directors of Shop.org. He also served on the Board of Directors of Invite Media from 2007 until its acquisition by Google in 2010. As the Director of Retail at Shinola, Travis Harrison focuses on building the brand in the retail space by emphasizing Shinola’s core values: job creation, manufacturing and quality made goods. Harrison helps elevate the Shinola brand through selective hiring and inspiring of retail teams for Shinola stores. A Texas native and New York University graduate, Harrison spent eight years with Ralph Lauren before joining Shinola in 2015.
