There isn't a degree for CX. My own CX knowledge comes from years of experience and a desire to foster change. The path we take is different from those who stand next to us. Together as a team, our different paths make for a more detailed map — one that is easier for our customers to travel. When we fail to innovate and promote diversity in our backgrounds, we create a map that has a single linear path and fails to support the diverse populations we serve.
CX Forums brings customer experience leaders together in local markets to share stories, ideas and solutions that work. Based on TED Talks, CX Forums features CX Storytellers, keynote speakers, networking, small group discussions and online workshops.
