Bill Lacivita is an Associate Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Atlanta Office, where he has extensive experience serving clients in the Global Energy and Materials Sector. The majority of Bill’s work is focused in Operations and Capital Productivity, and includes such diverse areas as: Strategic Cost Reduction, Comprehensive Transformations, Asset Productivity, Mega-Project Recovery, Capital Portfolio Optimization and Operational Risk Management. Bill serves clients globally in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to McKinsey & Company, Bill held various operations, maintenance and oversight leadership roles in the US Navy’s submarine force and in the commercial nuclear power industry. Some highlights include: Plant Evaluation Team Leader at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, Work Control Manager at Duke Energy’s Oconee Nuclear Station, and Shift Engineer Officer at the US Navy Nuclear Power Training Unit in Charleston, SC. Bill earned a BS in Ocean Engineering from the US Naval Academy.
