Bradley Miller

Brad Miller is the Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for the National Automobile Dealers Association. He represents dealer interests before numerous federal agencies, and educates dealers on regulations promulgated by those agencies. He has spoken to dealer groups and others around the country on federal regulatory issues facing dealers, with a particular focus on privacy and cybersecurity issues, and is the author and editor of numerous NADA publications on an array of regulatory topics. Prior to NADA, Brad was in private practice with the Washington, D.C. law firm, WilmerHale.
