He has worked around many business and technology functions including automated replenishment, eCommerce/Digital and Master Data and Analytics. Prior to Dillard’s, he enjoyed a 13 year tenure at Thoughtworks where he helped organizations evaluate, implement and grow solutions based on leading edge technologies. As one of the pioneers of the Agile development methodology, Brent is known for his ability to help organizations embrace agility, strengthen outcomes, and create actionable frameworks for measurable success. His forte lies in the transformation required to establish IT and business innovation as a strategic differentiator within the consumer retail industry.
