Florian Vollmer is Sr. Design Manager, Retail TechOps at NCR – where he combines service design methods with a business perspective to transform innovation processes. Florian teaches service design and design management at Georgia Tech’s Industrial Design program, and frequently gives talks at other academic institutions, leading businesses, and conferences. Florian holds a Master’s of Industrial Design and has studied at in Europe and the US. He most recently was a partner and Chief Experience Officer at InReality, where he used service design to reinvent the firm and deliver integrative innovation projects for Fortune 500 companies.
