Franziska Scheinhardt, born and raised in Berlin, studied at four different Universities Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. As a passionate Design Thinker and Social Entrepreneur she deeply believes in the collaborative power of people. That is why, Scheinhardt currently works on her final thesis concerning innovation labs and their impact on pressing societal challenges. Together with her team Gear Up, she won the Global Entrepreneurship Summer School 2015 in Munich. GEAR UP is an online game that helps the unemployed youth to train their behaviour and skills in employment-situations and at the same time gives them the possibility to get in contact with real employees.
