Libor Malý is a Dzogchen practitioner, a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist and founder of gift economy platform Hearth.net. After he founded, developed and after 16 years successfully sold on-line recruitment portals Jobs.cz and Prace.cz, market leader in the Czech Republic, Libor Malý is now fully dedicated to the promotion of Buddhist communities, the development of ideas of the economy of gift and supporting philanthropic projects which he was approached by its positive energies. In the autumn of 2013 he organized the very first teaching of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Czech Republic. Libor Malý is the Chairman of the association Adato Paradigma, member of the Board of Directors of the International Dzogchen Community, member of the Board of Directors of the Via Clarita Foundation and large donor of a non-profit organization ASIA, supporting development projects in the Himalayas and Tibet.
