Paul D. Metrey

Paul D. Metrey is the vice president of Regulatory Affairs and chief regulatory counsel, financial services, privacy and tax for NADA. In this capacity, he represents dealer interests before, and educates dealers on regulations promulgated by, federal executive branch agencies that oversee dealer operations.
