Phillip Hunter is head of UX for Alexa Skills at Amazon. He is currently building his fourth UX practice and team, this time for Amazon Alexa Skills Kit, focusing on both tools for skill creation and Alexa customer experience. Phillip led console and product design efforts and teams for dozens of Amazon Web Services, including new service launches for Mobile Hub, Pinpoint, Lex and Cloud Directory. Phillip designed and created strategy for voice=based products and services for hundreds of customer service systems, Microsoft Cortana and Xbox and now Amazon Alexa.
