Richard has enjoyed over 13 years in the mobile industry, including experience running a VC funded mobile startup, working for a large mobile operator and a few years consulting. Richard was bitten with the Android bug from the first time he heard of the OS and with his J2ME and XHTML years well behind him he moved to Google. Spending his first 3 years at Google supporting Android developers in bringing high quality apps/games to the Play Store he now runs a team covering all of Google's developer products and APIs across EMEA.
