Stephen Wood

Steve previously owned his own business offering employment law services to employees and employers. In 2000, he decided to change direction and go into teaching which he has been doing ever since. He has been an external examiner at a number of Universities. He has now been lecturing at Leeds Law School for 14 years. During that time Steve was Programme Director for the LLB programme for five years and for two years Subject Leader of the Commercial Law Group. He specialises in the law and policy relating to terrorism, which he currently teaches to undergraduate students, as well as employment law and public law. He is researching the impact of terrorism on passengers in the aviation sector.
