On Monday, 14 March, 2016, CERGE-EI organized the first urban economics conference in Central European region titled “Economics of Livable Cities”. Conference speakers at the morning session included: Gabriel Ahlfeldt (London School of Economics) Giulia Faggio (London School of Economics) Jens Südekum (Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf) The event was organized by CERGE-EI, in co-operation with the Centre for Central European Architecture (CCEA).
