Mr. Kaness is currently an Executive-in-Residence / VP, Officer at Walmart eCommerce US based in San Francisco. A well-regarded innovator and full-stack operator of digital brands, Matt was most recently CEO of ModCloth, Inc. (2015-2017), where he led a successful turn-around, expansion and sale of the business to Jet.com this past March. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Kaness was the chief strategy officer for Urban Outfitters, Inc. (Nasdaq: $URBN) since 2007.
