Substrate is Parity's next-generation framework for building blockchains. Its abstracted, general approach allows you to create custom, feature-heavy state machines easily. We will show you our progress on Substrate and how it can be used for building a Shasper-friendly beacon chain client using a WebAssembly runtime.
